Admissions Process
It is designed to be simple, transparent, and supportive for families
- Enquiry & Registration
Prospective parents may initiate an enquiry via

- Local/international exhibitions or virtual tours
The Admissions Team will respond within 48 hours to guide families through next steps.
- Application & Documentation
Parents must upload/submit scanned copies of
- Birth Certificate / Passport (student)
- Passport-size photograph
- Previous school progress report
- School leaving certificate
- Address proof & immunization record
- Confidential School Recommendations (where applicable) must be sent directly by the current school.
- Assessment & Interaction
Evaluation of student suitability
- Students undertake a diagnostic aptitude assessment to gauge linguistic, analytical, and creative skills.
- A personal interaction with the Head of School and Programme Coordinator follows to understand learning style and interests.
- In special circumstances, remote or alternative assessments may be arranged.
- Admission Decision
Final review and outcome communication
- Decisions are made by the Admissions Committee, comprising the Head of School, Academic Coordinator, and Head of Admissions.
- Outcomes are communicated within 3 working days after application completion.
- Possible outcomes
Acceptance, waitlist, or denial communicated with relevant details.
- Acceptance: Confirmed via formal email and acceptance letter.
- Waitlist: Placement offered when a seat becomes available (priority given to siblings and strong diagnostic results).
- Denial: Communicated with reasons, typically due to lack of seat availability or misalignment with programme readiness.
