Our department is equipped with advanced anesthesia machines, monitors, ventilators, safety devices, continuous drug delivery systems, warmers, and bronchoscopes. We ensure top-tier preoperative and intensive care services, with all clinical departments closely integrated with our specialty. Our experienced anesthesiologists develop personalized anesthetic plans to maximize patient safety and comfort. We offer regional anesthesia, labor analgesia, acute and chronic pain management, intensive care services, and emergency resuscitation.

Noora Hospital is renowned as one of the best critical care hospitals in Srinagar. Our Intensive Care Unit (ICU), with its eight beds, is designed to support critically ill patients needing assistance with instability (hypertension/hypotension), respiratory compromise (ventilator support), acute renal failure, cardiac arrhythmias, or multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. Our ICU also accommodates patients requiring intensive monitoring post-major surgery or those too unstable for less intensive units.

Our Critical Care Medicine Department combines various specialties and technologies to enhance survival chances for acutely and critically ill patients. Our 24-hour critical care units include multidisciplinary ICUs, dedicated units for post-cardiac surgery patients, stroke patients, post-transplant patients, and specialized ICUs for neonates and pediatric cases. Noora Hospital emphasizes nurse training, standardizing care through clinical pathways, and addressing ethical and economic issues in critical care, establishing itself as the premier critical care facility in Kashmir.
